peristaltorThis should start a shudder running up all our bloggy spines -- Blogger Spocko legally harassed by Disney (for a good synopsis, go here). And for what? For pointing out the hate content of a Disney-owned radio station to the sponsors.
As a consequence of his actions -- and his results -- Spocko's ISP has shut down his site, cowed by a Disney Cease and Desist letter.
Hey, Mickey! Here's what I think of your intimidation!
I am getting so tired of Disney. Most recently the false and libelous Path to 9/11, now this. So very sick and tired.

It looks like Spocko's situation is garnering a bunch o' attention! Check it out! At this pace, he may very well be featured on national media. Oh, the vindication!
I will, however, hold my enthusiasm in check until this Disney mouthpiece and the blatherers thereon are held to account for their hate speech and the intimidation they employ to protect it.
Why me? I'm not the one saying journalists should be hanged, thieves should be tortured and killed, people should be burned alive, stomped to death or have their testicles cut off. I'm not the one saying that millions of Muslims should be killed on the presumption that they are extremists or just because they live in Indonesia. I'm not the one who says that lying is as natural as breathing to Egyptians and Arabs or demanding that a caller "Say Allah is a Whore" to prove he is not an Islamist.
I'm simply documenting this speech and providing it to the people who are paying KSFO hosts on commercially supported broadcast radio.
